1-year warranty
If your Garage Guardian breaks or stops working properly within 1 year of purchase due to a fault in the unit itself, we'll repair it or send you a replacement, free of charge. No arguing, no restocking fees — just tell us what's wrong and we'll sort it out.
30-day returns
Changed your mind, or it isn't right for your garage? Return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no reason needed. We cover the return postage if it's faulty or doesn't work with your garage. If it doesn't suit your motor, we can swap it for the right model instead if you'd prefer. What isn't covered
Physical damage from drops, water, or accidents, and damage caused by unauthorised modification or incorrect installation.
Normal wear and tear, or issues caused by a change to your garage door/motor after purchase (e.g. a motor swap).
Faults reported after the applicable warranty period has ended.
