If your Garage Guardian breaks or stops working properly within 2 years of purchase due to a fault in the unit itself, we'll repair it or send you a replacement, free of charge. No arguing, no restocking fees — just tell us what's wrong and we'll sort it out.
30-day compatibility guarantee
We're confident in our compatibility checker, but garages are unpredictable. If your Garage Guardian turns out not to work with your specific door or motor once it arrives, send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked.
What isn't covered
Physical damage from drops, water, or accidents, and damage caused by unauthorised modification or incorrect installation.
Normal wear and tear, or issues caused by a change to your garage door/motor after purchase (e.g. a motor swap).
Faults reported after the applicable warranty period has ended.
